What is Rider Verification?
Rider Verification ensures that every account on Travee is legitimate, creating a safer, and even more trustworthy community. If your account hasn’t been verified, you’ll notice a red exclamation mark next to your name. If you notice this, simply contact us via the Support Chat and we’ll assist you.
Why Rider Verification Matters:
Enhanced Security: Only verified accounts can book rides.
Increased Trust: Strengthens confidence between riders and drivers.
Safer Community: Protects all Travee users.
What to do if your account is unverified?
Check to ensure that you have a profile photo clearly showing your face
Upload a form of identification to you personal documents found in the app settings
Verification is NOT automatic. So you'll need to message our support chat to alert them to complete the verification process.
