Navigate to Payment Preferences
Open the Travee app and access your profile.
Find "Payment preferences" in the app settings.
Set Your Payment Method
In Payment Preferences, choose your desired payment method. For wallet payment, it is recommended to select "Cash."
Adjust Payment Preferences during Booking
If needed, you can also modify your payment preferences on the last screen before confirming a ride. Simply select your preferred method.
Completing the Ride - The Payment Screen
After finishing your Travee ride, you'll be directed to the payment screen. (as seen in image above)
For wallet payments, select the "Pay now" button. (if you do not have sufficient balance in your wallet, you will be required to pay the remaining amount in cash)
If you're paying with cash, ensure "Cash" is your selected payment method.
Changing Payment Preferences
At the end of your ride, you have the option to change your payment preferences if needed.
Things to Note: Managing Payment Preferences
If your payment preferences are set to Card and you paid cash without changing the payment method, you'll see a 'payment due' screen on your next ride.
To avoid issues, ensure you have selected the appropriate payment method for each ride.
