Welcome to the Travee Flex30 FAQ

We’ve introduced Travee Flex30 to give drivers more flexibility, savings, and control over how they earn. This guide answers the most common questions about how the plan works, who it’s best for, and how to get started. Whether you're just curious or ready to switch, you'll find everything you need right here.

Let’s break it down!

Travee Driver Subscriptions

What is Travee Flex30?

Flex30 is a monthly subscription plan for drivers. For $300 TTD/month, you get your first 30 trips without any commission. After that, your regular 20% commission resumes. To activate or renew Flex30, the full $300 subscription fee must be paid into your credit wallet. Partial payments will not allow you to go online or access commission-free trips.

Who is Flex30 for?

Flex30 is designed for drivers who typically complete 20–30 trips per month. It’s ideal for consistent drivers looking for predictable earnings and more control over their commission costs. Flex30 is currently available only for:Travee CabTravee Premium, and Travee 7-Seater vehicle types. If you drive under a different category, you’ll continue using the standard credit limit model for now.

Does this replace the current credit limit system?

No. Flex30 is optional and works alongside the current credit system. You choose the model that works best for you.

What happens after my 30 trips are used?

Your account automatically switches back to the standard 20% commission until your next monthly cycle.

How do I activate Flex30?

In the Travee app:

  1. Go to the Menu

  2. Tap Account

  3. Tap Subscription

  4. Tap Change Subscription

  5. Select Travee Flex30

Can I cancel?

Yes, you can cancel at any time by switching back to the regular commission-based model in the app. However, please note that any unused commission-free trips will be lost once you switch. Flex30 does not auto-renew, so you’ll only be charged if you manually activate it again the next month.
